OVERVIEW: In my role as event producer on behalf of Lime Dezigns, I managed the creative and logistical execution of a safari-themed dinner hosted by Modern Luxury Palm Beach and Abercrombie & Kent at the Tommy and Dee Hilfiger estate. Set against the backdrop of lush gardens, my responsibilities included curating and implementing all decor elements and ambient sounds, which were critical in transforming the venue into a unique safari environment. Guests savored a meticulously crafted multi-course dinner by Blue Mustard, while handcrafted specialty cocktails by Hendrick’s Gin flowed throughout the night. The successful execution of this event created a warm, celebratory atmosphere that united the creator community and brand teams, leaving a lasting impression on guests.
